    Home Office Summer Staff - Nashville, TN

    This team works from our LifeWay headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. There are three different positions. All work typical office hours (8:00 - 4:00), Monday through Friday, starting in May and going through late July/early August. These positions work hand in hand with our Student Life Full Time Staff to complete administrative tasks and communicate with Student Pastors and Kids Ministers as they prepare for camp. We seek to provide a professional structure while also investing in personal and spiritual growth. Staff are paid a set rate on a bi-weekly basis and housing is provided. 

    Responsibilities

    Home Office Coordinator

    Serve the Church by assisting with behind-the-scenes Camp logistics/details

     

    • Responsibilities
      • Serve Camp customers by promptly answering phones and emails
      • Communicate with Student Pastors and Kids Ministers in preparation for Camp
      • Compile and enter housing and life group information into a database
      • Organize required paperwork
      • Remind churches about approaching deadlines
      • Manage Camp balances
      • Assist with condo/hotel arrangements for Student Life Beach Camps

    Accounting Intern

    Serve the Church by assisting with behind-the-scenes Camp logistics/details with a focus in accounting

     

    • Responsibilities
      • Serve Camp customers by promptly answering phones and emails
      • Process online payments and mailed checks into FileMaker
      • Enter invoices and process customer refunds
      • Organize required paperwork
      • Submit credit card statements/receipts for traveling Office Directors and Mission Directors
      • Manage Camp balances

    Inventory Coordinator

    Serve the Church by making sure teams have what they need to run their camp stores

     

    • Responsibilities
      • Prep event teams by packing inventory, office supplies and display items
      • Manage warehouse inventory and ship reloads as needed
      • Communicate daily with traveling summer staff to fulfill their inventory requests
      • Complete online orders as they come in prior to the summer (pre-order packs and gift cards)
      • Assist in tracking inventory across all teams
